I’ve seen a lot of alarm clocks that say that rising with the sun is better for you and thought it was all a gimmick. After digging around and shopping through all the different sun alarm clocks, I learned that it’s actually true. Since I started setting my own hours, I find that I almost always wake up when the sun starts shining through the curtains in my bedroom. It does seem to be a natural response. I only use my noisy alarm clock to remind me of important appointments throughout the day now.
