What You Can Expect with Your Delivery Method

Getting Turnstone to You

Turnstone products ship three different ways: via Fed Ex, Inside Delivery and White Glove Delivery with Installation. Which method you choose depends upon the amount of installation help you wish to have, as well as the products you ordered. To help you decide which to choose, here is a quick breakdown of each service and what it entails. Keep in mind, no matter which form of shipping you choose, your order will be placed in the very same way.

FedEx Delivery

If you choose FedEx Ground, there is no cost to you. Though, if your order consists of multiple pieces, it is possible you'll receive them on different days. Once your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking information, so that you can follow the order from our door to yours.

While your order will be delivered to the exact, specified address, it will be up to you to carry the shipment into your space. Any installation or assembly is also your responsibility. Never fear, you will be able to pull a lot of our products right out of the box and start using immediately - no assembly required. For the items that do need assembly – we provide easy to follow "How To" videos on our website as well as clearly written instructions for each individual product.

• TIMING: FedEx shipping time from us to you, depends on where you’re located
• COST: FREE! 

PLEASE NOTE: A few of our products are simply too large to ship FedEx Ground, while a couple do require professional assembly. For those exceptions, White Glove or Inside Delivery are the only delivery options.

Inside Delivery

Inside Delivery is a great option when you’ve ordered a lot of different products and would rather not wait for multiple FedEx shipments. With Inside Delivery, your product will ship
to a Steelcase approved 3rd Party, who will then deliver the products inside your space. Assembly is up to you! 

Remember, some pieces come out of the box and are ready to start using without assembly. For the items that do need assembly – we provide easy to follow "How To" videos on our website as well as clearly written instructions for each individual product.

• TIMING. Your product will arrive at your location 7 - 10 business days from the day it arrives at the 3rd Party location. After they receive it, they will then contact you to set up a delivery time and confirm location. 
• COST: When the order is placed, you will see the additional shipping cost for each item - a nominal fee starting at $75 for the first product and $15 for each additional item. (Tour and Campfire Big Table require professional installation and are not available for Inside Delivery Only. 

White Glove Delivery

For certain items which are either too big or heavy to ship via FedEx, White Glove delivery is required. Those pieces need to be carried by more than one person. White Glove Delivery and Installation also means your product will ship to a Steelcase approved 3rd party. They will then contact you and set up delivery and installation. Before delivery, your order will be thoroughly inspected to make sure everything arrived in good condition. Upon delivery, your product will be carried into your space, assembled, and all packaging materials removed. Your only job? Get to work using your new furniture!

• TIMING: The delivery and installation window for White Glove service is 7-10 business days from the day your order arrives at the 3rd Party. After they receive the product, they will then contact you to set up a delivery time and confirm your location.
• COST: When you place your order, any additional shipping costs will be noted. A nominal fee starting at $175 for the first product and $25 for each additional item. (The Tour Bench and Campfire Big Table have a $300 surcharge.) Of course, we will let you know of all delivery charges before your order is shipped. White Glove Delivery and Installation Service is available in the continental USA.
