Planning for Lead Time

Exactly when you will see your new furniture is determined by "lead time" – the time it takes the manufacturer to build and deliver the product. This time needs to be incorporated into your move schedule so you don’t have furniture arriving before your flooring is laid or even worse, have it arrive late and people are standing around with nowhere to sit.

The shipping times on our site show you how fast we can get product built and into our distribution system – which is 8 days or less for most Turnstone product (not including weekends and holidays). Actual travel time to your door will of course depend on your location.

Another factor that’s not so obvious is the shipping method. FedEx Ground gives you the ability to track your packages from the time it hits the truck to delivery. Final delivery usually occurs in 6 or 7 days. All together, from the time you place your order, you can expect your product to arrive in 3 weeks or less.

If your product requires our white glove service, please be sure to add an extra 7-10 days. The extra time is necessary to inspect your product, arrange an installer, and coordinate delivery. If you have questions about delivery times etc, please contact our customer service team at 1-877-473-1108.
