Ordering by phone.

Call Customer Service at 1-877-473-1108, and one of our order technicians will help you place an order. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Changing your order.

To ensure that we can ship in a timely manner, we start producing your order as soon as we receive it. So once your order is placed, you will be unable to change quantities or cancel an item.

Order status. 

To see where your order is at, click the “My Account” link, located at the top right corner of any page on our site. Then click on the “Review Orders / Track Package” to check your order status.

Missing parts.

It is highly unlikely this will happen. But, if you believe your product is missing parts, give our Customer Service a call at 1-877-473-1108 within 72 hours. We’ll be quick to help you out and/or get the part you need. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Missing items from order.

To review your order, click the “My Account” link, located at the top right corner of any page on our site. Click on “Review Orders / Track Package” to see if all of your items and packages have shipped. If your order displays Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If the status of the missing item or package is “delivered,” call Customer Service at 1-877-473-1108 and we’ll be quick to help. Our offices hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Overdue orders. 

Click the “My Account” link, located at the top right corner of any page on our site.
Click on “Review Orders / Track Package” to see if all of your items and packages have shipped. If your order displays Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that all your packages were delivered. If the package status is “delivered,” call Customer Service for assistance at 1-877-473-1108. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
