Payment options.

Turnstone accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit, debit, or check cards associated with a billing address within the United States and most United States territories. When you provide your card information, Turnstone obtains a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place.

Be aware...some debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay order processing. We will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit or check card until your order ships. If your order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.


PayPal payments.

Paying with PayPal keeps all your financial information stored in your PayPal account. It is not shared with the Turnstone Store. We accept the following payment methods through PayPal:
PayPal account funds
Bank transfer
Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover)

If you pay with PayPal, at checkout, you will be asked to:
Log into your PayPal account.
Confirm the information on the PayPal web page.
Confirm your payment. You will then be automatically directed back to the Turnstone Store to review your order.

Question about charges.

For questions about charges, click the “My Account” link, located at the top right corner of any page on our site. Review your orders carefully and compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you still have further questions or concerns, please contact Customer Service at (877) 473-1108. We’re here Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm EST.

 

For a copy of your receipt.

To get a copy of your transaction, click the “My Account” link, located at the top right corner of any page on our site. Click on your order, then on the printable invoice link to print the invoice.

 

Credit card errors.

Errors can occur for many reasons. Some common things to check include:

  • If your card is new or recently reissued, be sure it’s been activated.
  • Double-check your entries for card type (for example, Visa), account number and expiration date.
  • Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
  • Confirm that the billing address on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure about the billing address, call the customer service number shown on the back of your card. 

If everything checks out, call the customer service number shown on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase. Also, the daily spending limits on most debit and check cards may delay order processing, even if there is enough money in an account. 

 

Credit card security code (CVV)

To help protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons, purchases at the Turnstone Store require your credit card’s security code.
The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card. It may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number or on the back of your card on the signature panel. View an example of where your CVV code is located, here.


Credits to your account

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
