Redeeming a promotional or coupon code.
On the shopping cart page (and also the checkout page) enter your promotional code or coupon code in the “coupon code” box. Then click the “Add” button. The discount offered by this promotional or coupon code will then be applied to your purchase price.
Sales tax.
Sales taxes are calculated for each shipping address total based on the state to which the item(s) is shipped. Orders shipped to the following states include sales tax on shipping: AR, CT, GA, HI, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MS, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, WA, WV and WI.
If your company is tax-exempt, complete this tax exempt form in its entirety and fax it to Customer Service at 616-247-2100 (attn: Myturnstone Customer Service). Once we have the completed form, you will be identified in our system as tax-exempt.
