Customer product reviews.
Customers who have purchased products from us provide feedback based on their personal experiences, which can help you determine which product best suits your needs. Each product review gives an overall rating based upon a 1 to 5 star rating system with 5 being the most favorable.
Find a product review.
Visit our Product Reviews section or use the search box to enter an item number, brand name, model number or keyword to find the item you want to research. The Product Reviews page displays the overall rating, followed by the reviews that have been posted for the product. Following the posted reviews, you will see the question, “Was this review helpful to you?” By replying, yes or no, you will help us continually improve our online services. A link is available for you to report any inappropriate review content.
To submit a product review.
The first step to submit a review is locating the appropriate product page. Use the search box to enter an item number, brand name, model number or keyword to find the item you wish to write about. Using the search results, go to the product page. On the product page, click on the “Product Reviews” tab just below the product image. Click on “Write a Review.” You will then be directed to the page where you can write and submit your review together with your comments and images or videos of you and the product. Reviews may take up to 72 hours to appear following submission.
