Charrette Community Management was formed in 2005. Our mission is to provide professional property management services to residents that live in smaller properties and properties in "re-emerging" neighborhoods. These residents and their owners are often overlooked by larger property management firms. We want to help change neighborhoods, improve the lives of our residents, and maximize return for our clients.

A large segment of our business has emerged in the Downtown Loft District in St. Louis. The area has grown over the past 5+ years and we love being part of the St. Louis revitalization. Given the volume of foot traffic, we decided to open a street level, property management and leasing center in the heart of the loft district. We set out to find furniture that reflected the "hip" neighborhood and was also affordable. This was NO EASY TASK! To say that we experienced furniture sticker shock would be an understatement. As we were looking at the Steelcase furniture lines, we stumbled on the Turnstone website. We loved it! We loved the look and the price! We sent the pictures and dimensions of our new office to Turnstone and within a few days Michelle, a designer, responded. She provided some initial designs and then we talked through our needs. Each step of the way Michelle was creative and thoughtful about our project. We kept working until we had a workable space plan. Once the space plan was finalized, we also started working with Reid on pricing and ordering.

Another fantastic aspect of the Turnstone product was the timing. We didn't have to wait 6-8 weeks for furniture delivery. From the start of the space plan until furniture delivery was about 6 weeks. The furniture arrived about 3 weeks after placing the order. The customer service was fantastic. We are absolutely thrilled with our offices. We get compliments on the space every week. The office space is hip and colorful. In addition to looking good - it lives well! Our space plan was RIGHT ON! We have room for growth and our staff loves the space. People ask us, every week, about furntiure and office design. Turnstone provided a great product at a great price for our small, but growing business.
